B. I understand and acknowledge that my use of the AJP Clinician Directory does not create any psychologist/patient relationship between the Association of Jewish Psychologists and me, as a user.

C. I agree to release and forever hold harmless the Association of Jewish Psychologists from any action, cause of action or damages which may arise or claim to have arisen out of the use of the AJP Clinician Directory or arise out of any action, cause of action or damages I may have against any psychologist named therein.
